During class, students progress through the different stages of the standard Qigong syllabus of the Tse Qigong Centre. Although Qigong exercises can be taught individually, this is usually only recommended for students with a specific health problem that may be helped by first concentrating on specific exercises. Students learn at their own pace with both beginners and advanced students in the same class.

BALANCING GONG:

Balancing Gong is gentle and relaxing and the subtle movements in the form improve posture, overall flexibility, circulation, and balance.

  • This form is very good for helping the back and neck.

  • This form is suitable for every level of fitness.

HEALTHY LIVING GONG:

This form is slightly more demanding than the previous form and consists of three levels:

  • Level One concentrates on building up levels of health and relaxation.

  • Level Two is for fitness and co-ordination and is more physically demanding than level one.

  • Level Three develops the internal strength. Exercises are varied and challenging and enjoyable and make the body warm and lighter.
